Alixtea is a small, personal project and everything is carried out by a single person and not a team.  The customer should keep this in mind. Every item is unique, made carefully and lovingly and has some specific recommendations to avoid unnecessary damage.

We ship worldwide. We use Spanish national post office service “Correos certificado” they provide insurance and a tracking number and fares are based upon weight. Once the item has been posted, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you received any damaged package, it is important that you rejected it so the insurance can cover it.


Payment will be made by bank transfer. The account number will be sent to you in the confirmation email. As every product is made specifically for the client, refunds or changes are not allowed.

Nevertheless, the brand will take care of possible the defects or repairs to make your item shelf-life long enough.
